Tales of Falling Walls

London-based Italian trip-hop artist Marco Mestichella is celebrating the upcoming release ‘Tales of Falling Walls’ with an intimate event at The Vagabond on March 2nd 2017.

The genre-bending 6 song EP is inspired by the freedom which can be gained when we no longer limit ourselves by labels.

A variety of genres are explored in the EP which draws on everything from Madonna to Dire Straights to Portishead

During the evening the audience will be invited to listen to the EP in its entirety. This will be followed by a Q&A with Marco and a special acoustic performance.

Drawing from cross-cultural influences; growing up in rural Italy, moving to London at the age of 18, and his most recent escape to the musical melting pot of Berlin, ‘Tales of Falling Walls’ is a journey of sensual, spiritual, and familial exploration. Breaking away from the musical traditions of his Italian background, Marco unconventionally marries his love for pop and electronica with his passion for storytelling.
