The Water Poet’s famous St Patrick’s Day party returns in full Friday night form this year. Widely acknowledged to be one of London’s best pubs for Paddy’s Day, the Irish-owned Water Poet goes all out every 17th March, and this year is set to be the best ever with a whole week of events rounding up with St Paddy’s day itself and of course, the finals of the Six Nations at the weekend.

From Monday onwards the menu will feature all the best dishes from the Emerald Isle available throughout the week including potato veloute, Dublin Bay prawns, spiced silverside of Irish beef, Gur cake, and of course a traditional Irish Stew!

The craic kicks off in full fashion on Wednesday with Irish comedy downstairs and a free Meet the Brewer event with Irish craft beer masters Bru in the garden barn. Come down and try Bru’s eclectic range of beers, sup on a free pint and test your tastebuds with a chance to win prizes in a blind tasting challenge. Free entry, book your tickets here: http://www.wegottickets.com/event/390486

St. Patrick’s Day itself sees the return of London’s favourite St. Patrick’s Day party. With an Irish menu available all day and night, the drinks flowing non-stop and Irish singalongs aplenty inside and out, the craic will be mighty.
