#SHECAN: Cultural showcase featuring female performers in the arts

We are excited about our upcoming #SHECAN event taking place in celebration of International Women’s Day (8th March) - a unique performance and cultural event celebrating the talent of London women.

Though women are disproportionately affected by the problems and conflicts in the world, they are also the greatest force for peace, and are able to solve issues of injustice, war, violence, and conflict creatively and permanently. Through our #SHECAN event, we hope to inspire others with performances that exhibit women's passion for creative approaches to peace.

#SHECAN will inspire and celebrate a culture of peace and women's empowerment. We are already looking forward to seeing some incredible acts - ranging from beatboxing to dance, from spoken word to song, and interviews with inspirational VIP guests.

#SHECAN will be an exciting opportunity to watch and listen to a range of different performances of talented women in London who have a heart for peace work!
