Absent Kelly's Sonic Sketch: Memmy

March’s Sonic Sketch brings together some of the best Pop, Soul and R&B that we’ve found on the underground circuit. We’re also in celebration mode, so expect a party atmosphere!

Topping the evening’s bill is Memmy, who will be celebrating her birthday on the night! Hailing all the way from Australia, the Singer/Songwriter who is now based in London, blends soulful melodies with warm tones and memorable lasting hooks. Memmy will be joined by her backing band for the evening and is set to blow you away.

Arch20 are a South-West London quintet who are fresh as hell, fusing elements of Rock, Indie, Funk, Rap and Hip Hop, which they describe as somewhere in between Red Hot Chilli Peppers and The Roots.

After impressing promoters Absent Kelly at previous shows, Grace Kim returns. The Liverpool based singer-songwriter will be with her live band for the evening, to play us her mesmerising R&B/Soul/Pop that has gained her great reviews in her native Liverpool.

Red.Soul have also impressed us before, and the London based songstress and producer duo are set to impress again with their Lo-Fi, Dusty Hip Hop beats, topped with contemporary Soulful vocals.

Keiran Brown is an Acoustic Pop, singer-songwriter with a Soulful vocals who has already played a number of impressive shows, including support slots for The Vamps and Spandau Ballet.

Opening the show is Bambie. Hailing from France, the singer-songwriter will be joining us with her brand of Baroque/Dream Pop, which oozes honesty and emotion, packed with witty lyrics.
