Sunday Gospel Lunch Special Feat: Lorraine Clarke-mcghie

Lorraine's interest in music was developed as she became a worship leader, Junior Choir Director, vocal trainer, keyboardist and choir member for two of London’s largest churches, Kingsway International Christian Centre and New Wine Church. Moving on to become a member of the renowned London Community Gospel Choir Lorraine's talent was fully recognised when she won a televised gospel singing competition aired on the Love World digital TV channel. These days, as well as being an established and respected singer on the Gospel circuit, Lorraine is also a music and French graduate teaching Secondary School music and establishing gospel choirs within schools. In 2005 Lorraine released her debut album “I Can Go On”, an 11-song album of self-penned tracks and in 2013 she debuted her second project, a single called “More Than Able”. Lorraine's gig today, accompanied by her terrific band, promises to be inspirational, soulful and funky, demonstrating her musical diversity and winning personality.
