Absent Kelly Introducing: Paisley Mess

The weekend after Easter is a wonderful time. You’re full of chocolate and summer has nearly arrived. We’re making it even better with our line up at Surya!

Topping the evening’s bill is Paisley Mess. The London four piece play a unique blend of Jazz, Blues and Psychedelia with a soulful edge. This sound has bagged the band numerous festival slots and a support slot alongside Folk/Rock funny man, Beans On Toast.

Cecil is a singer-songwriter from Berkshire who has been championed regionally by BBC Introducing and has featured BBC Radio 2 with her dynamic piano performances with mesmerising vocals. Cecil will be joined by her band for the evening for a captivating performance.

Firm Absent Kelly favourite, Grace Kim will return for the evening. Liverpool based Grace and her band play mesmerising R&B/Soul/Pop fused with jazz elements that has seen her featured on TV and radio in her local area.

Joining us from Leeds for the show is Kata Rayna. This Electro-Pop artist combines delicate vocals with edgy synths, that has been gaining her a lot of attention on her local music and student scene.

Hailing from Dublin, Ciara Donnelly is a singer-songwriter who now resides in London where she is fulfilling writing music that is challenging the definition of Pop.
