No Strings Attached Puppetry Workshop

What is it about?

We've teamed up with PuppetSoup so that participants can devise, develop and stage a piece of work they have created together using their new skills and knowledge. The group will also work with a selection of PuppetSoup’s resident puppets and learn about the mechanisms that bring them to life.

The workshop will look at puppet manipulation; puppetry performance skills using recycled materials and how to design and create a puppet.
The participants will work on short scenes together and perform a scratch performance for friends and family at the end of the day.

Each participant will take a puppet home!

Who is it for?
The workshop is for children aged 7 – 12 years old. All places must be booked in advance. No grown-ups allowed!
