The subconscious records your memories, everything you see, hear, speak, learn and experience. It also listens to everything you say to yourself, and it believes you. It stores all your beliefs and habits.

The subconscious influences your attitude and actions. It also gives you insights and solutions, it talks to you. It’s probably talking to you right now and you don’t even realise it!

If the subconscious is constantly at work, does it ever shut down? What about when we’re asleep?
