April is the most eventful birding month at Woodberry Wetlands with the most species recorded at this time of year and the return of our trans-Saharan migrants are sure to enliven any visit. The tour is led by a highly experienced guide with expert knowledge of the appearance, calls and behaviour of regularly seen birds as well as rare visitors to the area. Beginners will learn how to use optics equipment and the basics of what to listen and look out for and all participants will gain identification skills to enhance the enjoyment of the birding experience.
