The lecture will be delivered by Amazon Web Services (AWS) Technical Instructor, Tom Woodyer, and will focus on the design considerations for operating high-assurance workloads on top of the Amazon Web Services platform. It will cover attacks trends, how to build resilient architectures and will also look at the techniques to mitigate and respond to incidents.
The evening should be of interest to people working in IT/Computing related areas, especially cloud computing and cyber security, and also to those who are interested in architecting web applications with Amazon Web Services. There will be a Question & Answer session after the talk.
The lecture will take place in the Dr William Barry Theatre at the University of West London.
