Following a spectacular, beer-befuddled debut in 2015, Green Man’s Welsh Beer and Cider Festival Courtyard returns to London this May; taking over the Bank Holiday Weekend to bring a GARGANTUAN celebration of the best in Welsh craft beer and cider to the capital. From the team behind Green Man, Courtyard brings the open-armed spirit of the Brecon Beacons’ green, rolling hills to the heart of the city

A special, cask-conditioned brew of Green Man’s two most important ingredients, Courtyard is all about beer and music (with a heavy sprinkling of Wales). We’re transporting over 100 of our favourite beers and ciders from Green Man’s Welsh homelands to the centre of London.

Like any self-respecting party, there’ll be something to eat too. With a wide, sizzling selection of global street food - The Grazing Shed will serve up their Super Tidy Burgers over the weekend, delicious international flavours served on handmade corn tortillas from The Bearded Taco and Ffwrnes will serve the most delicious Welsh stone-baked pizza all weekend.
Plus, with street theatre, talks and craft beer workshops, there’s something for all the family – so why not make a weekend of it?

And of course, with it being a Green Man party, there’s going to be a whole host of musical delights as well. Programming four days chock full with the sorts of glorious, genre-hopping talents that populate the festival’s yearly bills, it’s set to be a great weekend for music.

The Courtyard Line-Up:
Bill Ryder-Jones (Sat), Chelou (Mon), Dungen (Sun), Dutch Uncles (Fri), Gordi (Sat), Hannah Peel (Mon), Huw Stephens (Fri), Josefin Öhrn + The Liberation (Sun), Mauno (Sun), Molly Burch (Sun), Pinegrove (Thurs), The Proper Ornaments (Sat), Rozi Plain (Sat), Slug (Sat), Throws [with Bartónar, Male choir of Kaffibarinn Reykjavík] (Sun). Plus we’ve got loads more still to announce and we’ll be throwing a Twmpath (Ceilidh) each day of the festival.
