Friday 21st April marks British National Tea Day and we will be celebrating with our annual tea-dancing party. This years National Tea Day also coincides with Her Majesty's 91st birthday, doubling the reasons to join in the festivities.

We are pleased to announce that The Ragroof Players are returning to the Docks to hose two of their infamous Tea Dances. Ecompassing authentic vintage music from the 1920s to the 1950s, glamorous costumes and glorious dance displays, these two-hour tea dances are not to be missed! Open to people of all ages and abilities, everyone is invited to come along and enjoy the celebration whether on your own, with your friends, or with a partner.

There will be two sets of dance sessions with The Ragroof Players taking place throughout the day, between 12pm-2pm and 5pm-7pm, as well as a selection of teas and delicious cakes provided by Tom's Kitchen.

Our popular Friday World Food Market will also be onsite with a British twist to provide you with mouthwatering dishes to help keep up your energy up for dancing!

Everyone is invited to get involved and celebrate this special day, to learn how to dance, and to enjoy a cuppa and cake overlooking the Docks.

Tea and Cake available: 12pm - 7pm
Dance lessons: 12pm - 2pm and 5pm - 7pm
Food Market: 11am - 3pm

Tom's Kitchen will be operating a cash till, so please remember to bring some cash with you!
