Family Wood Workshop

Wood Workshop (2 parts):
Part 1: Den Making 10.30am-12pm
Part 2: Mobile Sculptures for the Home, 2-4pm

A creative and fun day of making for all ages and abilities in Bow Arts’ outdoor covered courtyard – in two parts, you are welcome to join us for the morning / afternoon, or all day.

The first workshop will involve working together to create an exciting den, made out of different recycled woods and paper.
There will be a break from 12-2pm. Light refreshments will be provided but please bring along any lunch / picnic, or alternatively there is a Carmelite café at the Nunnery gallery.
The second part will focus on each of us making a hanging wooden sculpture that you can take home and enjoy. Materials will be provided, but please feel free to bring your own wooden objects to incorporate.

The workshops will be led by artist and maker Katharine Daish.

*All children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
