Writing is a lonely ol’ business. Days are spent staring at a screen, then staring in the mirror as you berate yourself for being a heinous writer, and an even worse human being. Even your cat doesn’t seem to want your cuddles. It's enough to drive you bonkers. THE RIFF RAFF is here to change all that...we want to hang out.

The Riff Raff is a welcoming community for writers. At our monthly events in Brixton, five debut authors with a book out that month will showcase their work to an audience of literature lovers and aspiring authors.

This is a great opportunity for debut authors to publicise their work in a supportive environment and to network with fellow writers and publishing professionals over a drink (or five…) It’s also a place for book enthusiasts to hear new authors before anyone else and to seek inspiration and tips for creating their own masterpiece.
