In this special event, Jay Morjaria of Dynasty will produce a one off 5 course menu which combine the cuisines of East Asia and Latin America. The dishes will be completely plant based. Dynasty is a collaborative supper club project that marries the cuisine of East Asia with the flavours of the rest of the world.
