Grab a Bite of the UK's First Ever Jaw Gym Class

To mark the launch of the new Cadbury Dairy Milk Big Taste Peanut Caramel Crisp, the UK’s first ever Jaw Gym Class has been unveiled, where chocolate fans can exercise their jaw mobility and prepare their mouth for the ultimate big eat.

The unconventional 45 minute fitness class, which will take place at London gym 1Rebel, will be hosted by Capital FM Radio DJ Roman Kemp and consist of an intense jaw routine, specially created to push your bite to the limit. From jaw cardio, jaw stretches and jaw push-ups, including chanting to help loosen the jaw muscles, the class will culminate in 1Rebel’s signature Reshape session, a high intensity full body work out that’s sure to make anyone break out into a sweat

Not only will participants be able to prepare themselves for the jam-packed and multi-textured Cadbury Dairy Milk Big Taste Peanut Caramel Crisp - made up of mouth-watering chunks of crunchy peanuts resting on a crispy peanut filling and oozing with caramel, smothered in delicious Cadbury Dairy Milk – but they will also be able to sample the new bar at the end of their gruelling routine.

Host and Jaw Gym Class instructor Roman Kemp says: “I think training your jaw for such a flavour-filled bite is about both physical strength and mental preparation. I am used to talking all day, every day for my radio show so I am, basically, the best person to host this as I can draw upon my own daily experiences and routine. Throughout the session I will guide participants to train their mind for the task ahead and help them build their bite so their jaw is in the most best shape possible – and we can all enjoy the delicious chocolate together at the end of the class.”
