Bloody Marys with a twist, gardens in teacups and artist walks – Battersea Power Station will be celebrating the flourishing Circus West Village community this bank holiday.

Battersea Power Station’s Circus West Village will be hosting a bumper filled bank holiday weekend with activities and pop ups for all of the family.

Bank Holiday weekend activities range from a gin pop up, historical walks to floral face painting at Circus West Village:

• Dodd’s Gin x Ben’s Canteen pop-up (Saturday 27th - Monday 29th May, 1PM-6PM)
This bank holiday weekend Dodd’s Gin have teamed up with Battersea establishment and future Circus West Village eatery Ben’s Canteen, serving up delicious refreshments in their pop-up riverside garden. Enjoy a crisp gin and tonic made with the distillery’s award-winning gin or a ‘Red Snapper’ (that’s a Bloody Mary with gin instead of vodka) with Ben’s Canteen’s Bloody Mary spice mix.

• Sweet & Savoury Food Trucks (Saturday 27th - Monday 29th May, 12PM-4PM)
Start your weekend with a bap! On Saturday Barnyard Birds will be serving their locally sourced buttermilk fried free-range chicken and delicious duck confit between butter toasted brioche buns. Local favourite The Butcher & Grill will be rolling up on the Sunday and Monday and serving handmade gourmet burgers, sausages and steak sandwiches. If you have a sweet tooth, treat yourself to some dessert served from a lovingly restored vintage ice cream van.

• Botanic Garden in a Teacup (Saturday 27th May, 3PM-6PM) FREE

Open to little ones and the young at heart, a face painter will be creating floral themed works of art all weekend.

Artist Luke Walker will be hosting a series of historical walks as part of Chelsea Fringe. Walker’s art derives from exploring different environments and gathering specific data such as pace, steps and altitude and translating it into a painting. The walks will be Battersea specific and will run on two weekends.
