Artists Meet and Greet Events at Casilda’s Nice Things
On 27 th May 2017 Casilda’s Nice Things launches the first in a series of monthly Artists Meet & Greet events at the Place/Ladywell in south London. These events are an opportunity to talk informally with local artists whose work is on show in this shopping haven that sells original art, limited edition prints and unique handmade products.

The first event will feature sculptor and visual artist, Estelle Grandidier. Estelle who originally hails from France, but considers herself a Londoner, says her work depicts the relationship between people and our body. She works in black clay and porcelain because they symbolise yin and yang - the balance of opposites. On exhibit at Casilda’s Nice Things is a collection of small heads that have been inspired by her fascination with hair.

The monthly Artists Meet and Greet events are the perfect opportunity to snap up original works at very affordable prices in a relaxing atmosphere. On the night, and as a special promotion, art purchases over £250 will qualify for a 10% discount and served with a glass of wine.
