Beat Another Rhythm’ is the official anthem of Learn To Play Day 2017. It has been written by UK singer / songwriter Nina Schofield who was commissioned by Yamaha Music London to be the voice and face of this year’s event on 24th and 25th June. Nina Schofield is a classically trained multi-instrumentalist, singer, songwriter and music teacher with a string of pop successes across the world. ‘Beat Another Rhythm’ is an upbeat, vibrant pop track demonstrating how instrumentation can change the shape and dimensions of music and songs. Nina will be hosting FREE, live music workshops for 8-14 years olds at Yamaha Music London, Wardour Street, Soho, London on 24th and 25th June from midday - 1.30pm as part of Learn To Play Day. The finale will be a live performance by Nina of a special version of Beat Another Rhythm accompanied by the children from the workshop. All children must be accompanied by an adult or guardian throughout the event. The event will be filmed for Yamaha Music London.
