Wake Up To An Organic Breakfast in London

Local independent stores in London serve hundreds of free organic breakfasts on 14 June 2017 in nationwide event to celebrate organic food

Independent local stores across London will be serving up free organic breakfasts on Wednesday 14 June, demonstrating just how simple it can be to switch to an organic breakfast to start your day, as part of a nationwide event to celebrate the benefits of organic food. Pop down to your local London stores.

Around 250 local stores and cafés across the country will be serving over 10,000 free mini breakfasts with a host of tasty treats, alongside cookery demos, talks from chefs and bloggers, free organic tastings and tips for easy and tasty breakfast food swaps, as well as opportunities to meet local producers.

WHOLE FOODS YOGA AND ORGANIC BREAKFAST MORNING:

Stretch out and start your day with a morning yoga session with Third Space. We’ll be kicking off the Wake Up To Organic campaign on 14 June with a nurturing and enriching yoga class. Close your eyes, clear your mind, let's begin. Using postures and conscious breathing in combination with mental focus to develop awareness, strength, flexibility and relaxation, Hatha Yoga brings balance, strength and a sense of well-being.

Following the class, you will be provided with a delicious organic breakfast by Alara and Pip Organic.

Please arrive on time and head upstairs to the cafe

“We have supported Wake Up To Organic over the past 3 years as we are committed to helping grow and raise awareness of the organic sector. Our customers choose to shop with us because they appreciate we work closely with our organic suppliers to provide a diverse range of products, in particular in the breakfast category. We are seeing an increasing demand for organic products, but specifically those considered breakfast items. By the same token, there are some new small brands with innovative, new product development which is changing the way we traditionally see breakfast.” David Horner, UK Regional Product Coordinator, Whole Foods Market.
