In honour of Father’s Day on 18th June, The Marylebone has teamed up with one of London’s oldest luxury barber and groomer’s, Truefitt & Hill, to launch an exclusive pop-up in the hotel’s 108 Pantry. Throughout the weekend, they will be offering complimentary treatments to celebrate great dads from far and wide.

Whether they are locals or guests from abroad, children can make an indulgent day of this exclusive offering by booking the whole family in for the limited edition ‘Daddy Cool Afternoon Tea’ at 108 Pantry at The Marylebone, on either Saturday 17th or Sunday 18th June. This includes a selection of man-friendly sweet and savoury treats, such as; hearty grilled rib eye steak sandwich and chunky pork and truffle sausage roll, all of which can be washed down with a pint of Guinness (paying homage to The Doyle Collection Irish routes) or a dram of Macallan Gold Whisky.

Before or after their manly Afternoon Tea, fathers can then head into the Truefitt & Hill pop-up for a complimentary hot towel wet shave or beard trim. The expert barber is royally appointed by HRH the Duke of Edinburgh and has been open since 1805, embodying the essence of British heritage. Guests and visitors of The Marylebone can join the impressive list of Truefitt & Hill clientele, including almost all male members of the British Royal Family since George III, the Duke of Wellington, Sir Winston Churchill, Frank Sinatra and Fred Astaire.

Dad’s are guaranteed to depart from The Marylebone feeling full, looking fresh and feeling utterly spoilt. They will even leave with gift samples of Truefitt & Hill shaving cream and balm to help maintain their sharp new look.

The Marylebone is located in the heart of Marylebone village and only minutes from Bond Street station, perfectly situated to explore central London's unique boutiques, iconic tourist attractions and world-famous West End theatres. 108 Pantry is the hotel’s chic all-day dining space offering diners a carefully crafted menu of dishes which are full of both flavour and nutritional benefit, in the heart of bustling Marylebone. The Pantry is the sister venue of the critically acclaimed 108 Brasserie, serving a lighter offering for the discerning diner.

HOW: The Truefitt & Hill pop-up barbour will be located in 108 Pantry at The Marylebone on Saturday 17th and Sunday 18th June and complimentary treatments (one per person) will be available between 11am and 4pm, lasting approx. 30 minutes each. The Daddy Cool Afternoon Tea is available on Sunday 18th June and costs from £32 per person, with a pint of Guinness for an additional £6 per person or a glass of Macallan Gold Whisky for £10.
