This July, we're heading up out of the crypt and into the organ loft for a very special set from internationally-acclaimed organist James McVinnie.

James has held positions at both St Paul's Cathedral and Westminster Abbey and now performs around the world as a soloist, collaborating with a diverse range of artists including composers Nico Muhly and David Lang, electronic artists Squarepusher and Oneohtrix Point Never, and even Martin Creed - the Turner Prize-winning visual artist.

He'll be bringing all these worlds together for a set featuring Baroque works by J S Bach and de Grigny, contemporary pieces by Meredith Monk and Philip Glass, and the world première of ‘Curved Form (No. 1)’ by Alex Groves.
