Joe Wicks The Body Coach is attempting to break the World Record for the largest high-intensity interval training class - and needs your help!
For the first time ever, social media superstar and best-selling author, Joe Wicks, is attempting to break a world record in his hometown and will be leading a HIIT class suitable for all levels of fitness. There will be a warm-up DJ, full party atmosphere and free water bottles. Plus you get to be a record breaker!
Tickets are available online. Participants need to be aged 16 or over.
