Body Cool

Body Cool invites people of all ages to come and explore their bodies, discover their capabilities and, in the process, uncover a new found love and understanding for themselves; to find out what's cool about their body.

The day includes elements dance, clowning, life drawing, yoga, moving touch, and burlesque. Each session will be taught by a different young practitioner ready to shake up their field. We are particularly excited to have Pi The Mime (Alexander Luttley) lead our Burlesque class.

So whether you've always wanted to try life drawing but were too shy, are a yoga addict, or just want to get in touch with your body we will definitely have something for you.
