Hidden Figures tells the incredible untold story of Katherine Johnson (Taraji P. Henson), Dorothy Vaughan (Octavia Spencer) and Mary Jackson (Janelle Monáe) – the brilliant African-American women working at NASA, who served as the brains behind one of the greatest operations in history: the launch of astronaut John Glenn into orbit. A stunning achievement that restored the nation’s confidence, turned around the Space Race, and galvanised the world.

As well as helping launch John into orbit, the brilliant women crossed gender and race lines, defied expectations and battled stereotypes. In the process, they inspired generations of people to aim high and dream big.

With a star-studded cast, powerful performances and an infectious toe-tapping soundtrack by Pharrell Williams, Hidden Figures is a celebration of achievement, where only the sky’s the limit!

Plus inspirational talk from surprise guest speaker in partnership with the WISE Young Women’s board. The WISE Campaign (Women into Science and Engineering) encourages women and girls to value and pursue science, technology, engineering and maths-related courses in school or college and move on into related careers and progress.
