BLOOD: Life Uncut, an exhibition and event series that reveals the captivating, visceral power of blood to expose, shock and save lives.

A workshop about the bloody work of leeches from medieval times up until the modern age. Providing an insight into the questionable use of leeches to cure everything from fever to bad humour, the event also reveals what brought about their resurgence in the 20th century that sees them used by surgeons today. The workshop will also feature some very important ghoulish guests!
