The London Accordion Orchestra (LAO) is delighted to announce a joint concert with the world famous Accordion State Youth Orchestra from Baden-Wurttemberg in Germany.
LAO will perform Holst's famous 'The Planets' and the world premiere of 'Voyage' with guest soloist Eliza Marshall. Eliza is the lead flautist in the West End musical, The Lion King.
The Accordion State Youth Orchestra have performed on all five continents, including concerts in the USA, Canada, China, South Africa, Costa Rica, Fiji and India. Now finally, they are bringing their unique sound to London. Performing with the orchestra are renowned American baritone Douglas Yates and bandoneon virtuoso Antje Steen. Their program will include works by Piazzolla, Schuman and Dobler.
