E45 Presents: Straight Up Sessions

Join Olympic boxer Nicola Adams OBE, chef and writer Gizzi Erskine and vlogger and influencer Em Ford, in partnership with E45, as they give it to you straight on Monday 18th September from 7pm-8.30pm.

The exclusive Straight Up Session from skincare experts E45 will see the celebrity panel discuss the pressures and challenges faced by women today.

The panellists will also discuss the often confusing and conflicting advice, offered to women every day, as well as sharing their no nonsense, straightforward approach to life.

In an intimate event at The Strand’s Nine Adam St, the panel will debate everything from career challenges, health and wellbeing conundrums and unhelpful advice overload.

The event follows the launch of E45’s new Straight Up Skincare campaign, as they offer customers no fuss, uncomplicated advice, allowing women everywhere to focus on living their lives.

Be inspired as Nicola, Gizzi and Em tell their own amazing stories; offer their pearls of wisdom across a whole range of topics, as part as a no holds barred Q&A discussion.

Guests can enjoy a glass of wine, refreshing juice or help themselves to a tasty selection of street food favourites. Tickets cost just £5, with profits going directly to mental health charity Mind.
