The legacy of the Reformation was not simply a transformation of the religious landscape of England, it also presented the opportunity for change and progression in other areas, such as government and the development of the printing industry. Join Nick Barratt, an expert in the era from the University of London, and Marianne Wilson, our Reformation record specialist, for a workshop exploring new interpretations of key documents relating to Thomas Cromwell, communications and the Reformation period. This will provide an exciting opportunity to consider key themes, such as what was lost from medieval culture with the changes in government and communications, and what was gained moving forward.
