In order to secure your complimentary scooter loan, we will require:

a debit or credit card
picture ID (e.g. drivers’ license)
Please note we will not charge your card (unless the scooter is not returned or is damaged). For your peace of mind, your documents will be kept in a secure location using CardsSafe® lockers

Some scooter tips

1.Be careful scooting after it has been raining, especially over manhole covers as they will be very slippery
2.Ensure you wear bright clothing or put a light on your scooter so you can be seen
3.Use your brake to stop and slow down
4.Be courteous to other pavement users. Move over to allow them space, or stop if there’s not enough room for you both to pass
5.Look out for changes of pavement surfaces, these can cause you to go faster or slower than expected
