London's first-ever Tibetfest kicks off with a weekend-long celebration of Tibetan culture, history and activism ... think of a high-altitude Glastonbury, but about 1/1000th the size!
To get the ball rolling Tibetan monks will be making a mandala sand painting ... this is a rare opportunity to see this painstaking art-form for real and will last the duration of the event.
There are a whole range of events to join in, watch, sign up to or simply meditate on, including Tibetan dance workshops, film screenings (including Q&A with film-makers), campaign displays, art installations and a pop-up gig space on Friday and Saturday night. Whatever your passion - we've got a space.
One £10 ticket gets you access to the whole thing - from Friday night through to end Sunday ... and all within a stone's throw of Angel Tube Station (Northern Line).
