To celebrate and create awareness around World Mental Health Day, Head Talks are hosting a private screening of the acclaimed feature documentary created by award-winning documentarian, explorer, author, former Royal Marines commando officer, and indigenous rights advocate; Bruce Parry.

The event will begin at 6pm with a short meditation before the screening begins. A drinks reception will be held afterwards.

Head Talks is a non-profit foundation with the aim to rid of the stigma surrounding mental health. Head Talks provides an online platform of knowledgeable and inspiring content in order to help you fix and maintain stable mental health and wellness. The organisation provides a community meeting point where you are able to share your struggles and successes as well as learn from influential people who have stories and guidance to share.
