HALLOWEEN, GATSBY STYLE
No one liked a themed party more than the Jazz Age smart set—and what better excuse is there than Halloween? Come and join our 1920s Halloween Ball in a long-forgotten east London hall, lit by candelabra and flickering jack-o-lanterns, where a host of ghostly flappers and gory gangsters, coquettish witches, black cat minxes and dapper devils, will frolic in two rooms of entertainment.

The Ballroom will be hosted by that impish impresario Champagne Charlie, introducing live music from swing band the Bubbly Boys, accompanied by Charleston dance troupe the Gatsby Girls. When the band aren’t playing DJ Auntie Maureen will be spinning platters by long-dead artists for your shimmying pleasure.

There will also be a three-course fine-dining menu to preorder, or the option to reserve tables with Champagne, plus a menu of bar snacks and sharing platters to order on the night.

Meanwhile in the Cabaret Lounge there will be another bar and, in the early evening, the Creep Quartet, a classical string quartet playing horror movie themes, followed later by the Cabaret of the Damned—two variety shows featuring comedy magic from Christian Lee (as seen on Britain’s Got Talent), eerie burlesque from Suri Sumatra, stirring songs from misunderstood diva chanteuse La Poule Plombée and gentlemanly juggling from Florian Brooks.

Elsewhere our foreboding fortune tellers will be ready to predict your awful future, and a roaming photographer will be snapping you in your fiendish finery.
