with the international broadcast and performance voices of Wales' Angelicus Celtis and the Hywel Girls' Choir & Hywel Boy Singers

Immerse yourself in the Christmas spirit in the beautiful surroundings of a candlelit Actors’ Church in London’s Covent Garden and join the international broadcast and performance voices of Wales’ leading “Hywel Girls’ Choir & Hywel Boy Singers” and ITV Britain’s Got Talent Semi-Finalists and BBC Songs of Praise Artists “Angelicus Celtis” with organist Huw Tregelles Williams OBE, pianist Jane Jewell, percussionist Gareth Hamlin, narrator Jeremy Hywel – all under the legendary baton of conductor John Hywel Williams MBE for a heart-warming and colourful “Christmas at Covent Garden”.

Start your evening with a warm aromatic mulled wine before being taken on a magical journey of Christmas music with highlights including Handel’s Hallelujah Chorus, O Holy Night, Ave Maria, Walking in the Air, Star of Bethlehem, Away in a Manger, Silent Night, Carol of the Bells, Britten’s Ceremony of Carols, Pie Jesu, Ode to Joy, Hark The Herald Angels Sing, O Come All Ye Faithful… to name but a few.

This will end another historic year for the Hywel Girls’ Choir & Hywel Boy Singers an Angelicus Celtis which has seen them perform at prestigious concert venues across the country and enjoy television and radio broadcasts reaching tens of millions in the UK and abroad. This year alone, television broadcasts of the choristers have reached over 20 million viewers and include appearances on BBC, ITV, S4C, Channel 4 and international television channels with highlights including a special feature on BBC Songs of Praise, ITV Britain’s Got Talent Semi-Finalists and memorable filming in locations including The London Palladium, London’s iconic Elstree Studios, Llansteffan Castle, Manorbier Castle while national and regional radio broadcasts have reached over 7 million listeners and online videos of the choristers have recently past 11 million viewers.
