Drop in to our free family workshop and use a variety of found objects as instruments to discover their sonic texture, colour and expressive character. Exploring the themes of Sriwhana Spong’s exhibition a hook but no fish, join artist Rebecca Glover on an adventure with touch and sound. In this workshop we will use objects to create a soundscape of an imaginary landscape. Can a piece of rustling paper make the sound of wind or the Thames? What object could you use for the sound of a bird or a robot?
Soundtracks recorded at the workshop will be uploaded and available to listen to online.
Drop-in workshops for all ages. Children must be accompanied by an adult
