The UK’s original tower-running challenge – Vertical Rush, is turning 10 on the 15th March 2018. This is a unique opportunity to race up the iconic Tower 42 in the city of London in support of homelessness charity, Shelter. Vertical Rush invites runners to leave the daily grind behind, and rise above the city by climbing the impressive 932 steps, and 42 floors of Tower 42. Participants can either sign up as a solo runner or make it a team effort and race each other to the top.

Despite Shelter’s hard work for over 50 years, the country continues to face a housing crisis that is leaving thousands of families without a place to call home. In fact, a new family becomes homeless every 10 minutes in Britain – but you could help them by signing up for the 10th anniversary of Vertical Rush.

Not only will participants help to raise vital funds for Shelter’s much-needed services, but they’ll have the satisfaction of completing an awe-inspiring challenge. All runners are kitted out with a technical running top and goodie bag, provided with chip-timed results, and receive a medal and celebratory free sports massage at the end of the race.
