Cancer Research UK Race for Life Hyde Park 5K and 10K

Cancer Research UK’s Race for Life, in partnership with Tesco, is an inspiring series of 5k, 10k, Pretty Muddy, marathon and hiking events which raise millions of pounds every year to help defeat cancer by funding life-saving research. Women and girls of all ages, abilities, shapes and sizes from all over the UK join together to walk, jog or run to raise money to help beat over 200 types of cancer affecting men, women and children.

This is a 5K suitable for all abilities. This is thousands of women uniting with one purpose. Walk, jog or run. Raise valuable funds for research.

Course information: The Hyde Park route is a two lap course taking place in and around Hyde Park, on roads and pathways. There are a couple of gentle inclines and downhill stretches too.

Start Point: The start line is on South Carriage Drive close to the entrance to the army barracks.

Transport: Knightsbridge is the closest tube station, with Hyde Park Corner, South Kensington, Lancaster Gate and Marble Arch all within walking distance. There are also several buses to Hyde Park. Please do travel by public transport as there is no parking available at Hyde Park

Facilities: Dogs allowed, suitable for pushchairs and wheelchairs. Toilets and refreshments available. No bag drop or showers.
