Bill’s restaurants roll out new chic concept sites.

Bill’s Covent Garden has re-opened after being closed for a refurbishment. In addition to an interior makeover, the menu has been reimagined to further dial up the eclectic British style created by Bill’s founder, Bill Collison.

The restaurant offers menus that adapt to their surroundings and feature many dishes not currently available across the Bill’s estate. Format changes include the introduction of small plates at Covent Garden suited to after work drinks.

To further enhance the dinnertime atmosphere the restaurant features a seated bar area with bar menus packed with dips and nibbles that are served alongside Bill’s existing popular house cocktails and drinks.
