Trim and Tone Walks is a progressive fitness programme for women of all sizes and ages. Using fitness walking (more purposeful than a stroll in the park) on routes designed to incorporate scenic locations and lovely green spaces in London. Along the way you’ll learn effective techniques to boost calorie burning, tone up and increase energy levels. It’s a great way to keep fit and enjoy the outdoors!

Thames Riverside Walks: courses of four weekly sessions.
Led by qualified exercise instructor, specialising in fitness and wellbeing for women. Sessions lasts two hours and end with some relaxing stretches. There will be an optional visit to a cafe for refreshments after each walk.
