See London from a whole new perspective, on a self-drive GoBoat trip along the Regent’s Canal – no stuffy tour guides. GoBoats seat up to 8 persons (kids and dogs welcome) so there’s room for the whole gang. Each boat has a central table so you can bring a picnic and fizz too and the ride is a casual 4 miles per hour, the perfect cruising speed for a lazy waterways journey.
Punters are provided with a quick training and safety talk at the pontoon at Paddington Basin, given life jackets and a map – then off they go through Little Venice, past London Zoo turning back at Camden Lock. A truly unique and wonderful way to see our city from a fresh perspective and soak up the sunshine. GoBoat even provides blankets and umbrellas if the weather turns.
Prices start at £65 for a one-hour trip; that’s about £8 per person (based on 8 sharing). Gift vouchers also available.
