Promising guests a refined experience of the Emerald Isle – the immersive all night celebration brings the craic to the capital with live acoustic Irish music, a specially curated food menu and bespoke cocktails, inspired by the bar and distillery’s Irish heritage.
Bar Manager, Brian Calleja has created a cocktail menu based on the three Dingle Distillery artisan spirits, highlights of which include ‘Italian Craic’ £12 (Dingle Distillery Vodka, Italicus, Pink Grapefruit Mist, Prosecco) and the ‘The Founding Fathers’ £11 (Dingle Original Gin, Elixir Combier, Maraschino Liqueur, Orange bitters, Peychaud's Bitters, Barrel Aged) The bespoke cocktails menu will be served alongside stouts and Dublin pale ales from independent Irish craft brewer, Porterhouse Brewing Company, including a new limited edition release, Porterhouse Bounty Hunter brewed specially for the occasion.
