Through improvisation & play, learn more about body language, what you maybe communicating (subliminally or not) & the myriad of ways we communicate.

This is not an office environment, but a setting of play, open mindedness, laughter and improv. It is a place to explore, be a fool and try out new ways of communicating when faced with an audience, whilst guided by expert movement director, Vicky Wright.
