8th Generation O’ Shea Butchers will be taking to the block to show you how to perfectly fillet half a cow teaching you all you need to know about each cut.
Executive Head Chef Jamie Welch will be preparing the main course from the cuts produced, sharing his expert tips on the cooking process.
The evening will include a drink on arrival, our signature Yorkshire puds and steak tartare, followed by a tasting of the cuts expertly selected for you to savour.
