LONDON SYMPHONY is a brand new silent film - a city symphony - which offers a poetic journey through the capital. It is an artistic snapshot of London as it stands today, and a celebration of its rich diversity of culture, architecture and religion. The film was nominated for the Michael Powell Award for Best British Film at the Edinburgh International Film Festival 2017, and was named Best Modern Silent in the Silent London Poll of 2017.
This screening will be followed by a panel discussion about the film, and about representations of cities on screen.
