Opinionated About Dining is coming to the UK, with a week of pop-ups and collaborations, culminating in the Top 100+ European Restaurants Announcement Dinner on Monday 23rd. On Monday 23rd April, the Top 100+ European Restaurants Announcement Dinner will take place in the Great Hall of Sir Christopher Wren’s iconic Royal Hospital Chelsea. The theme this year is “The Great Roast” and guests will get to experience an elaborate set menu which will include the highest quality produce that can be sourced in Britain such as eel, langoustines, lamb, spring chicken & duck, resulting in unique versions of classic dishes culminating in a trolley service of 30 day-aged prime beef from London’s finest butchers O’Shea’s, served with all the trimmings.
