Research indicates that kindness and compassion lead to greater happiness. This begs the question, can kindness help us also when adversity strikes, especially serious illness, and the dying process. Can we live well as well as die well?
As part of Dying Matters Week 2018, Trinity are hosting an evening on teaching, reflection and meditation on what it is to be kind.
The evening will be lead by Spiritual Lead at Trinity, Michael Savage, and Alan Hughes, a teacher of mindfulness and meditation at The Mindfulness Association.
