Stretch like an astronaut in this intergalactic yoga class. Take a tour of the cosmos to discover what happens to your bodies and minds when you travel to outer space. Experiment with gravity and explore weightlessness to feel what leaving the planet does to your body. Taught by a certified yoga teacher and based on the latest space science research, this interstellar asana class will prepare you for the strange out of this world effects of zero gravity environments.

No experience necessary, all levels welcome. You will be guided through a series of postures based on astronaut training exercises, spaceflight experiences and zero gravity effects. Bend in the name of science and train for your very own mission to space.

Doors open from 7:00pm, yoga starts at 7.30pm. The class will run for 1 hour, followed by a Q&A session about the yoga and the science. Bring your own yoga mat if you can! A limited number of 20 mats will be provided for a £3 hire fee payable on arrival, please email [email protected] in advance to reserve a mat.
