Caryn Franklin in conversation with Sadie Clayton

As part of Fashion Revolution Week, Kingston School of Art presents former i-D Magazine fashion editor, presenter and director of BBC's The Clothes Show, self-proclaimed 'disruptive fashion lover' and advocate for sustainable/ ethical fashion, Caryn Franklin in conversation with luxury sculptural womenswear designer, graduate of Kingston and proud activist regarding diversity, Sadie Clayton.

The talk will be informal and reflective. Caryn will explore what Sadie has learned so far in her career, highs and lows, celebrations and meaningful moments as well as the obstacles and challenges of being a mixed-race female tackling diversity in the fashion industry.

Taking place at Kingston School of Art on Grange Road in Kingston Upon Thames, the event will commence at 6pm on Tuesday 24th April 2018.
