ST-GERMAIN® AND HOUSE OF HOLLAND ANNOUNCE LONDON COLLABORATION

MAISON ST-GERMAIN® returns to London for its second year
with an immersive installation by Henry Holland

The free two-day event will run in central London from 15th – 16th June and will feature Henry Hollands’ creative interpretation of the St-Germain brand story plus two cocktail bars

St-Germain, the French elderflower liqueur, in partnership with House of Holland, will bring a flurry of joyful decadence to the heart of the capital with the return of Maison St-Germain. Taking place from 15th – 16th June at 38 Grosvenor Square, W1, Maison St-Germain will host a curated sensory experience by Henry Holland to celebrate the ephemeral elderflower harvest and honour the 1,000 hand-picked flowers in each bottle.

Guests will be guided through the Wild Harvest Walkway where the ephemeral story will be brought to life through surprise and delight moments by London florists June in March. Guests will then take a journey through an endless, abstract meadow of 1,000 elderflowers. Emerging into one of two cocktail bars, guests will be able to enjoy the classic St-Germain Spritz, along with a new collection of St-Germain cocktails including Henry’s personalised drink The Free Lane which will combine St-Germain with Grey Goose La Poire, lime juice, rhubarb bitters, grapefruit bitters and finished on the rocks with Pear Sassy Cider.

Maison St-Germain will serve two further exclusive cocktails; Thé Rouge, a mix of St-Germain and BACARDÍ Añejo Cuatro, Roobis Tea and a dash of lemon essential oil; and the Brin Vert which combines St-Germain with Oxley gin, Tio pepe, absinthe and celery.

ST-GERMAIN® Elderflower Liqueur is the world’s first French liqueur made from fresh, delicate elderflower blossoms, handpicked at the height of their beauty during the fleetingly ephemeral growing season, once a year.
