Join Granary Square Brasserie for an immersive House of Apothecary gin experience, in partnership with Fever-Tree, that will take place throughout Summer to help Londoners get their G&T fix!

The curated masterclass’ allow attendees to learn about the fantastical and medicinal history of the humble G&T and explore the many botanicals that are now used in the notoriously British beverage – all whilst sipping on the latest deliciously crafted cocktails. Gin lovers will have the opportunity to try their hand at creating their very own botanical creations before enjoying a mouthwatering three-course meal in the restaurant.

Juniper & Lavender G&T with Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic
Honey & Sage G&T with Fever-Tree Sicilian Lemon Tonic
Jasmine & Peppermint G&T with Fever-Tree pink Aromatic Tonic
Chamomile & Rose G&T with Fever-Tree Refreshingly Light Indian Tonic
Rhubarb & Ginger G&T with Fiver-Tree Ginger Ale
Pea & Spearmint G&T with Fever-Tree Elderflower Tonic

Each two and a half hour masterclass will have no more than 12 people a time to ensure an intimate experience.
